Dean Valley Railway, not a common sight, these Class 14 "Teddy Bears"!
"Princess" at Westhouses.
One of my personal favourites, "Tangmere" at Canterbury.
And now a few from the West Somerset Railway.
'twas a bit wet that day!
Midland Railway Centre, just down the road from me at Butterley, Derbyshire.
Near Wessington on the Midland main line.
Barrow Hill again.
....and back on the GWR again.
Beautiful photos Keith.
I agree with you, Tangmere is a stunning loco, there is something special about the Bullied Pacifics. Please share more pics from your archive.
Thanks Keith for posting a top set of photos.
Got to love all those shiny's straight from their Hornby and Bachmann boxes
Cracking photos Keith, as Oliver said, "please may I have some more?" .
Nice reply, Chris!
I'll see what I can dig out over the next few days. I also have a few short video's, "Bittern" coming into Retford for a water stop when doing the "90mph" runs in 2014', "Oliver Cromwell" going through Cromford on the "Peak Forester" and "Tornado" on the East Coast Main Line, but I have no idea how to edit out the unwanted bits and don't use U tube so can't post them up. If anyone can do the edits and post them for me, I'd be happy to send them on.
Fantastic Images. Gleaming as well.
