Thanks lads. I've been working on it again today. I started with the bushes along the fencing by gluing some flowery scatter on top using firm hold hairspray then scattering the flock on and sealing it with the same hairspray, once it had dried I glued it in place with pva, any glue on the ground I sprinkled some soil on. After that I gave the new hardstanding a mucky wash along with the wharf stonework.

After that as I had some wash left I gave the bridge brickwork and stone capping stones a slosh!

Thats it for now, I'm hoping to get some more work done on my J69 next.

    Cheers, Pete.

Really like that stone / brickwork on the retaining abutments and bridge...it has similarities to some of the engineering on the Potteries Loop Line particulaly around Hanley and Waterloo Road stations... I think its the idea of deep supporting walls that have been well weathered with grime and there was plenty of grime on the stations of the North Stafford. Looking forward to seeing progress Pete. :tophat::tophat::tophat::tophat::thumbs:
