If I could live in a model railway this is what my garden would probably look like full of railwayana.
I’m just waiting for the canes going up in an A frame for the runner beans! The more I see this layout, the more I love it! (And that’s without being biast at my modelling input)
Thanks Andy... there are A frames for runner beans behind the little shed and compost heap... I must get this layout finished but Leek station research calls loudly now. I think finishing the crossing house and lane would be good and putting a few Beech trees along the verge.
Its a bit early for Runner Beans yet, now Broad beans are just about to start flowering. At least thats what is happening on my allotment
I've set variety Enorma runner bean seeds in the greenhouse last week, probably a bit soon, they haven't stirred yet. My broad beans have all popped up and are sunning themselves in the greenhouse too so they can go out once hardened off... they will make a nice late crop.
Lol this could easily turn into a gardening post. But to return to the photograph nice bit of modelling.
