Just wondering if anyone uses one of these, I use one so that I can test code while on the train if I am in the middle of a project. My chosen emulator is the one freely provided by Queens University. Just curious to see if I was alone in using this type of tool?

Here is a link to the simulator page: https://www.sites.google.com/site/unoardusim/home

    Thanks Rob

I've not tried a simulator - yet, but have just downloaded this one to give it a go.
Don't think I will use it on my commute tho', as I think other commuters may get a little upset if I'm programing while driving, especially if it goes wrong and I start banging my head against the windscreen :avatar:

I develop everything on the same sim you have, it allows you to see what the variables are doing live and can step through the code to debug it. I can't believe anyone would just chuck a program in an Arduino first! However, I have to say, I have found several bugs in the sim that are fine in the actual arduino, but it wont compile in the sim!
