A couple of shots of Class 37703 in DRS livery taken at the Boness and Kinneil preservation railway. This loco although perfectly serviceable had been involved in a minor collision. It was thought that there may have been a slight dink in the chassis as a result. the operator couldn't take the chance of running it back on the mainline so it was donated to the Boness and Kinneil. and another
I think the class 37 has got an impressive presence I would love to have one in "O" gauge but I would have nowhere to run it . Pete.
If I dont see a class 37 Photo in EWS livery I may go on strike ! Ok so you may not NOTICE that I'm on strike but I'll sulk and winge and whine as well Grumpy Matt
He,s been checking his list, in fact he,s been checking it twice, to see if you,ve been naughty or nice so if you want Santa to be on his way- Better be Good. :xmas-wave:
Dear Matt Class 37 in EWS...... Sorry, Toto has them all on back order... you should have sent the letter in earlier Santa
Just been looking at a couple of 37's in my local rail emporium, an EWS and a Direct Rail? Both cracking loco's but I don't think I can run them much at Weybourne and no chance on Hinchcliffe! I saw a Railfrieght Class 66 which I really liked but I think Weybourns curves are too small, they quoted min. 480mm curves. I must measure them!! Cheers Ron (In the end I bought a Gaugemaster back scene for behind the farm and some scatter grass!)
