Door made from 3mm ply and 1mm plasticard. 100mm x 43mm x 3mm ply Scribed 5 mm apart, both sides 1mm plasticard cut into strips 5mm wide 2 x 1mm strips each side cross pieces added diagnal pieces added turned over and marked for hinges 1mm plasticard part of hinge and 1.5mm spring steel ground flat-ish one end to fit under plasticard Hinges added ready for paint http://www.clickRALPH Attached files

Nicely done Ralph, looks the part now. I think the light might just need dimming a little on the layout but once its "planted" you will get a better idea. Kim
