As you know I am just starting to plan and build my O gauge plank. I'm going with what Pete mentioned about raising the track. What do I use for this foam or polystyrene and where is best to purchase this from.
Hi Alfie The high density foam board is nicer to work with, but dearer, expanded polystyrene is cheaper, and easily available from B&Q etc, but messier to use unless you have a foam board / hot wire cutting tool. I've used the Jablite polystyrene board from B&Q both standard white and black premium versions. Paul
