Loosely based on Kidderminster engine shed this diorama features scratch built engine shed, coaling stage, sand house office and corrugated hut, ground cover and scenics by myself. It could easily be extended into a larger layout or used as a show case for models. The little ash crane is included but no other stock or figures £725 collection from South Wales or I could possibly meet someone half way. Details from Duncan’s Models, ModelU, Peco ( working lamps ) & Skytrex. there’s a flickering fire effect. Telegraph pole with wires, Scenics from Noch, Mininatur, MBR, Polak and more. The main features are painted in GWR light and dark stone which lasted well into the BR era so is suitable for pre and post nationalisation.
Steve would you object if I posted one of your pictures on another forum where the discussion is about dirtying a shed area. I’d mention your name. Understand if you say no.
Steve I'm in ore with the way you get your dioramas to look. The modelling is just excellent throughout with the extra time putting the attention to detail. The weathering a that good it's life like. Thanks for the inspiration and I wonder what you plan to model next.
