It certainly is a interesting model a recreation of a past era of modelling in a modern era model.
As you noted, some very vague info on O scale versions, but nothing easily found with this unique and obviously limited production OO version.
Hopefully someone may know of the companies models for you or have some details on the OO production.

    Dear Richard,

ref ( www.binnsroad.co.uk/railways/renaissance/index.html ) originated by Roy A. Fearn; now available from Bruce Palmer & John Davies.

According to the Leeds Stedman Trust ( www.leedsstedmantrust.org/replacement.html ) Bruce Palmer ( bpalmer498@btinternet.com ) is the contact for Palmer & Davies reproduction lithographs.

That site also references Wessex Transfers ( Bob Horton ) of Tasmania, who has since died, and the business was transferred to Stephen Johnson Models in NSW.
( www.stephenjohnsonmodels.com.au ) may be worth an email query to establish what they have available. I suspect that they print to order.

Usual disclaimer, I have no connection with any of the above firms. Hope this helps,

    Regards, Echidna
