Ah, is this like the one they did they dipped in the canal last year on Telly during the great train journey? Excellent little loco for the miles it covered!

    Hi Andy,
Thank you for your kind reply. It is a similar loco like the one that was shown on channel 4. The one they used was called Silver Lady, which has more enhancements than the Lady Anne. The gentleman called Chris from Roundhouse managed to keep it running especially after the canal incident.goes to show how sturdy these little locos are. My next one is another one of my dreams a Roundhouse Garratt once I sell all my N Gauge rolling stock and locos , at the moment that is just a pipe dream :(
    My kindest regards,
    Gloria.

Also building from scratch a Brazil loco. All happening here at the moment. We havent offically had our open day yet. Just a few friends came and ran their locos. It's just to try and get our area group up and running. Just have to wait and see now. I love your little loco it's sweet.

    Hi Bob,
Thank you ever so much. Good luck with your Garratt.Yes that is me in the 16mm today. Along with one of our members and his family. I don't think I will be able to purchase a Garratt myself as they are a lot of money, even 2nd hand ones. But see what happens. My partner is operating live steam outside on a trailer. We are trying to get more people onboard and just giving demonstrations of what can be done in a confined area.
    Regards,
    Gloria.

It's a lovely little loco, and very forgiving of ham-fisted individuals like me.

I have one in blue, which I got from GRS whilst holidaying in the Aylesbury area back in about 2006. I spent a little extra to get her lined out in gold, but then a few years later, in a rush of blood to the head, I weathered the smoke box to take the shiny black look off it. I think I am going to try my level best to get her running again this year, once the major outstanding groundworks are out of the way.

    Hi Clive,
I was thinking of getting mine lined , but have put it on hold for the moment as need my pennies for Peterborough Show in April. It's surprising what a loco like that stands up too I am very impressed with mine she runs very sweet on our railway and pulls well I with a rake of 5 coaches.Looking forward to see the results once you get organised as it takes a lot of planning so good luck with your project.hope it all works to plan.
    Regards,
    Gloria.

    Hi everyone,
A bit of sad news I have sold my Lady Anne Loco, to make way for a new venture. Am now in the process of acquiring a 7 1/4 inch locomotive but I still have My Roundhouse Russell and other loco's to run on our garden railway and portable track.
All I need now is somewhere to lay track and operate my new assett wether I need planning permission as well for a permanent track as that can be costly. Hopefully it will be on display at Rallies as a static model so people can see it.
    Regards,
    Gloria.
