You weren't kidding about the caravan site being close to the museum! The prices are very reasonable too. I can't see us coming down this year as we are spending a fortune on getting our garden sorted but once thats done I will start saving for next year. We have a loose plan that involves the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland railways, the stationary engine museum near Swansea then heading south to Cornwall. Watch this space .
Thank you for your reply. Good luck with your garden hope you get it sorted soon. Glad you found the caravan site hope it's to your liking. Apparently there is another caravan site further down the which could be cheaper for you, will find out more tomorrow.
You both take care and speak soon.

Good morning everyone, Please accept my sincere apologies for not putting anything on the Forum until now. As some of you may know I have sadly lost my partner wife and mentor who sadly passed away on 7th November 2020.
I would like also to thank everybody who donated to a good cause at Moseley Toy and Train Museum to enable us to carry on our good work. That Steph my wife started and is still ongoing. I am also hoping to purchase a live steam 7.25 locomotive to run at shows, exhibitions, and our railway at Moseley. Once this epidemic is over and any members are visiting Cornwall please let me know. I can run our railway outside of their opening days by request.
I know this is bit late but I do wish everyone a Happy Christmas and hopefully a better New year
My kindest and best regards.
Ps the donation box is still open if anyone is still thinking of donating Toto has all the details if you would like to get in touch with him or alternatively you can leave a message with me.
Good morning everyone
Just an update to let you all know our garden railway at home has now been taken up and sold. Most of the items like buildings and such like is being transported to Moseley Toy and Train Museum, for our members garden railway. This decision was very hard to take, but hopefully will benefit others after all the hard work that Steph my partner had done to make our railway a huge success. Hopefully when things eventually get back to normal, and the museum once again be able to open their doors to all railway enthusiasts, and the general public alike. Work has stopped at the moment but will commence once this pandemic is over. I have in my possession a 7.25 0-6-0 live steam ride on locomotive which will also be on show at Moseley and hauling passengers, in the coming months. if any members are thinking of holidaying in Cornwall please call in and see us. There is no entrance and parking fees as the museum is run on donations. Further updates to follow.
