    For anyone who is interested the August edition of Model Rail has been released via the "Model Rail" app

    Operation Abyss appears from page 78 and ends with a picture of jimmy and the layout on page 89

    I happened to be in the local newsagent yesterday and they had the August issue of Model Rail with the article about Operation Abyss.

    Great article and brilliant pictures, well done again Jim :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

    My operation abyss will be attending spalding model railway exhibition in november, this is a great show and hopefully you will be able to come along and say hi.

    So Spalding show was a great weekend, my layout ran faultlessly all weekend and I came second in the people's choice awards so really happy, now to crack on with winter project

    Just downloaded the digital version of the August 2017 Model Rail to read about your layout. A great article. I notice that the photos refer to positions on a track plan that is not published? Do you have a copy of the track plan?
