    Just what I needed to replace a failed point motor which is not possible to install from underneath.

    Surface mounted motors seem to be in very short supply in Oz and either not stocked or out of stock. Finally got some Peco P11s from Frontline Hobbies in Newcastle.

    Have you had a look at Hattons 'Own brand' point motors Richard? they can be used either under or over the board or remotely as a crank is supplied with each one. I appreciate you're in Oz which will mean a longer delivery time, but cheaper for you as you won't be charged our VAT!
