Here's the other completed signal. These are 1930's vintage when the GW resignaled Paddington, Bristol & Cardiff. The route indicator would have various platform options on it. We will do a generic option like Jon did on the gantry. Attached files
I can't take any credit for these, this is the work of Jon Fitness www.boltonsbits.com I can't recommend him enough
A full house!! I got the King, Britannia and Compton Castle out of there boxes, must be the first time this year! Attached files
I need to get the turntable base screwed in then I can complete the tracks to it. That will be a milestone completed. Hopefully by Christmas!!
Signal update from Jon this evening and the 3 aspect is nearly complete. The King is a just like the real thing kit as are both castles. They did cost a fair bit but are worth every penny. Attached files
Wow! if it wasn,t for your fingers being in shot I would have believed I was looking at a prototype signal, the guy is a genius! Pete.
No wonder the Kestrals driver is looking confused - its a bitty big for filling the windscreen wash bottle. Lovely model Steve. Paul
A really nice job with the signal - I'll be looking carefully at these, just bought the Scratchbuilders guide to Semaphore signals book, so maybe taking a keener interest in colour light ones in the very near future Paul
