The Terrier doesn't really count as it's basically a Highland loco that got lost, they even painted them in the Highland Improved locomotive green - Ochre

At least it's not GWR - nuts I've got two Fowlers in GWR line green livery

It arrived today, exceptionally well packaged.

Quick read of the instructions and the included Mashima motor needs to have the terminal end of the motor shaft cut off - as I have some of the Canon 1833 motors which only have one shaft I think a swap is in order.

Toto - the intension is to use solder

Don’t listen to him Paul, he’s only jealous, plus his lump hammer is only 10 watt’s :avatar::avatar::avatar:

It's ok Kim, I've installed a new Toto filter, blocking most things out at the moment :avatar:

Glue will be a very last resort, the only set back on soldering is I have put my low melt solder somewhere safe that is easy to find - God is probably the only one who knows where it is and she's not telling

If the instructions are anything to go by it should be a fairly straight forward build - don't you just love the naive optimism

Ah the old “ I’ve lost it so will have to make a new order” ploy
    Works for me Paul

Oh ye of little faith .......

A trip to B&Q for supplies for Toto's Traverser, and I spotted a workbench off cut for £4

So 5 mins setting up and 2 hours tidying and I now have a workbench, that can be dismantled in seconds

But the more observant will have noticed I found the Low Melt Solder (in the middle of the pic leaning against the Roxey P Class kit)

No excuses now   :whatever: :whatever::facepalm:
