Start of a set of coal drops ??
Not sure it's even railway related as what look like rail plates or not, as the plates that may not be plates, don't line up on each side if that's what they are not that it matters as doesn't need sleepers across if it's a coal drop Hmmm will wait for some more clues.
Could be a coke drop...

Starting the dirty bit but 2nd anniversary today so got to pay attention to my other model (thinks ... shiny points there)
