    Hi
I like TT and have acquired some rolling stock, I can scratchbuold loco bodies ( I like diesels) and buildings but not track. So I had the idea to run it on N gauge 9mm track, making it roughly metre gauge for TT and using N gauge chassis. So what is this called TTn, TTm TT9 etc, does anybody know please? Mike

    Hi Mike

I would take a guess at TTn9, if it followed other scales / gauges, but you never know.

Have you tried the 3mm society

Track work isn't as frightening as it seems, and if you get a set of gauges, some copper clad and some rail (could liberate the rail from some N gauge flex) it would be worth a go, if you can make a chassis you have all the skills and some to fly track building.

    Hi
Thanks, I may have given the wrong impression, I can build bodies but not chassis, I'm going to use a couple of N gauge ones.

Well, looks like you have a new challenge then  :avatar:

Seriously, with only a couple of gauges you can build track work.

I had a go at O gauge track

It will be a while we are working flat out on our ambitious three level exhibition layout for the next couple of months , it has to be ready for the Bluebell Railway show in June.

I think points would be a bit tricky. As it is I have a box of N gauge track and I like to do things on a budget so will use what I have. But someday I will have a go at track.
