First of the items for sale coming from the great shed clear out is a Walther Lakeville Warehouse building. It is as it came when new in its original packing which was only opened in order to view. All parts, instructions and decals are present and undamaged. here is a picture or two. another showing the dimensions. and another with some more information, I can't remember what I paid but please check on the net and you'll soon get an idea.
