Love goats Ian just not sure that SWMBO will tolerate them in the lounge. I could ask but ....... Thanks for the welcome. Steve
Hi everyone, this is just a short biography After serving for over 30 years in the RAF I took early retirement to concentrate on more important things! I have been modelling, on and off, since I was a teenager mostly in the smaller scales (currently N and 2mm FS). I am hoping to start on an O gauge garden railway in the future as my senior management has OK'd this but only if I finish my other projects. I currently serve as treasurer for my local model railway club (Sleaford MRC) and am therefore involved in building and operating OO, OO9 and N gauge layouts. I am particularly partial to modelling buildings and landscapes (hence the drift into smaller scales). I hope that I can add to the general wealth of knowledge in this forum and look forward to the banter. Steve (FSMMF)
Hi Steve There are a few O gauge layouts / planks on the go at the moment. Nice introduction. I look forward to following your journey. Cheers Toto
However the goat could be useful to keep the grass under control for the garden layout, tried a dog, but he's useless, keeps spreading fertilizer and watering the plants, and the cats no better Paul
G'day Steve, A belated welcome aboard ! I'll be looking forward to your wealth and knowledge on building buildings and modelling landscapes. Also looking forward to your O scale garden railway and any other contributions to the forum. Enjoy your stay here. Cheers, Gary.
Hi Steve Welcome aboard from Sydney. Am making slow headway through my n gauge buildings at the moment so any hints or tips greatly appreciated. Andrew
