Hi there and Rock to the forum from East Yorkshire, glad you joined us and hope you enjoy your stay here, do let us know about your modeling interests and planed projects we are all here to help if needed. cheers York Paul
Tbh, this is the first train forum I have been onboard with, so please forgive me in advance if I act like a complete noob. lol I am in FNQ, Australia and I model pretty much anything I like the look of but try to focus on Australian items these days. Anyway, looking forward to being part of this group and I'm sure I'll learn a lot, thanks. Paul
No worries, You are very welcome here and I'm delighted that you chose us to share your journey with. We have loads of Australian members here so you should feel right at home. You'll soon find your feet so I would not be afraid of being new to forum life. We are all here to help and most of all, enjoy the commeraderie. We also like to see the humorous side of things so although we share the same common reason for being here, it doesn't get too stuffy or serious..... you can relax and not worry too much about adhering to the rules of the militia. We are all st differing stages and skill levels of this hobby and one of the founding conditions of this forum is that everyone is welcome regardless of their ability or chosen modelling genre. Just treat others as you wish to be treated and enjoy. Again, delighted to have you on board and I am sure I speak for all in saying that we look forward to hearing about what you are up to as you find your way. Cheers for now Toto
Fyi, I enjoy making my own scenery from readily available materials. These are all temporary dioramas, nothing is stuck.
Hi Rock Lobsta from sunny Spain ... very impressive modelling you've done there you'll fit in well Ian vt (vino tinto)
Hi Rock Lobsta, excellent modelling mate. You will fit in well here. Using what is easily available around you is very eco friendly these days, keep it up! Cheers, Pete.
