Due to my printer going on the blink, I had to purchase a new printer and new inks, as my old printer is a Canon and that there is no new Canon printer that will take the new inks I bought for it recently... :(

So with my new HP printer now up and running, this is going to be the most expensive competition I have entered !! :avatar::avatar:

What is required is simply to enter your suggestion for a name for the diorama ...... Simples. You only get one shot at it and your first submission is the one that is taken as your official entry.

I still have a couple of prizes in the pot and ad I should be getting the prize pot topped up over the next couple of months, it's time to run last year's remaining prize pot down.

Starting at the Holt station end (which has now gone!), across the front of the shed, a bridge of sorts across the doorway then removing the level-crossing at the station end join up under a bridge with original tracks through the station. (In theory!!)

This year' great platform 1 give away competition will be a Photography competition. The intention is to swerve clear of railway modelling and try something a bit different.

I have decided to open it up to any pets whether domesticated or wild. So animals, birds whatever.

This is all about honing your photographic skills. It' about capture, framing, exposure and making the animal " the subject "
