Well it looks good!! I just didn’t know what it was for. (I wonder if there may have been some stickers on the original?)
Just a quick update on the SF depot not much has been happening of late as all the major construction work has been completed with thanks to Kim & Ralph. This is where my skills of trying to scratch build starts with all the fine detailing or trial & error comes to mind. With 1mm plastikard & thanks to Kim for the loan of a blade knife i started the produce the 32 air inlets for the roof fan extractors located to the upper side of the shed. I
Spray painted one of the front entrances of the depot today trying to replicate the nearest colour to concrete.
Nice work Paul. The vent look very good, lots of work gone into those, well done. Front elevation looks good as well....keep it up....
Looks great. I think you have a pretty good match on the concrete colour. Once weathered down, it will fit in great. fantastic work Good sir. toto.
Gary-Yes they are working lights replicated by Kim who has all the details of the bulbs & setup, thanks for positive comments Paul
Kim has done a great job of the yard lights. I recall the yard light he made for LSD, a lovely piece of work ! Cheers, Gary.
Long overdue update. We have been working hard on completing the stage 2 part of Pauls layout empire, namely the outer running loops which will have plenty of storage for his rolling stock plus a twin platform station, good depot and a incline dropping down to the TMD to allow loco only movements from the TMD up to the loops. Hopefully have the two inner loops completed this week with a couple more sidings......
