My Gaugemaster Prodigy Advance started playing up a couple of weeks ago, it would not read or write to the program track and the throttle was erratic then the 'Shift' button stopped working!I've had the unit about 15 months but after an email to Gaugemasters I sent the whole unit back for repair. (I have a Digitrax unit unit as a spare)That was a week ago and it arrived back this morning having had 2 new power transisters fitted and all tested at NO CHARGE!So I can recommend them and there service to all. CheersRon
Nice to hear a good luck story. Fingers crossed the repaired version lasts a bit longer. I remember that you only bought it not that long ago. As you say 15 months. Good news though Ron.
It would have been really good if they sent you an NCE system back Good to hear a good support service storey, and a fast turnaround as well. Paul
Good stuff Ron.. It`s nice to hear about a good customer service story for a change. http://www.clickGormo
