    Well, I got to hook up one light today :). Hopefully I can rest the rest done Monday and Tuesday.

    Well, I got more lighting installed today - Structure B is now powered and only waiting for the vents to fitted to it's front. All being well I hope to start on structure C tomorrow.

    Thanks Andy and Ian.

    My structure C will have one less door than the original and be a little deeper from front to back to allow for the battery box that will power the lights. I'm also planning a shorter version of C over the doors on the left hand end (if all goes to plan).

    Hey again,

    After several hours work on the boxfile today I have finished structure C and wired the lights for both C and A (the leds for A are actually mounted through the floor of C so they turn on and off with the outside one which will illuminate the sign when I have decided on a name for this). I guess the next build is the conveyor and dock along the front but I won't be starting that until next week.

    Very good. That outside light looks bright. May need a resistor to dull it slightly, maybe not. Maybe once the sign is up it will take a bit of the reflection away. Coming on though. :thumbs:

    The lights look really bright in pics but they are just about right when seen in reality. I probably need a little more ambient light in the room when I take pics.

    Hi Everyone,

    I spent a little time in the train room after work today and managed to finish the awning over the 2 blue doors and structure D. The gap to the left of the concrete block wall will house another battery box to power lights on the front platform so I will need to build some sort of wall and roof that can be removed to turn the power on/off and for replacing batteries. Next up is a bit of electro mechanical work that needs to be experimented with before building the Plant Room and front platform (just a little secret to be revealed if I can make it all work).

    Thanks Andy - I have almost all the parts I need for this special thing - just waiting on a parcel from UK then I should be able to put it all together and reveal it :)
