The important thing is to keep the posts upright.

I’ll be making up wire in post fencing as well for the steepest areas, this fencing will get used more on the shallower slopes and that will require quite a few packs.

1421283E-ACB7-4D26-874E-9F0871514A28.jpeg Back home from the Newport show with this superb Intentio GWR road bridge for St Stephens, not a drop of glue on this yet. Superb kits, Highly recommended. I can see a nice 3D printed version of myself standing on there.

I will add more weathering once in place and I can concentrate powders where the chimney blast would be, I’ll finish up the wing walls tomorrow. I’ve gone a little more fancy with the engineers blue on this one and final weathering will take place once it’s bedded in and the scenery built up around it. Another quality product from Intentio.

As always with Skytrex there’s an element of filing and cutting to make the parts fit and I’ve used DAS clay on the joints. I’ll allow that to harden and sand and where needed scribe the mortar joints in.
Also on St Stephen’s the Intentio road bridge is trialled in place and over on Westbourne Bridge MIG and AK washes over the shed area

Box with an upturned wheel barrow just like a picture I have of Dainton Box.

I’ve not finished with the carving yet so will hold off painting it. I like where the rocks will protrude from the greenery.

Many Thanks, what I really like about this project is the undulating landscape and the railway runs through tunnels over bridges under bridges on embankments and through cuttings

C1F529F9-5722-45DB-B3F1-05B004EEB728.png More polystyrene cutting to form Haskins Hill, it really is the dominant point of the layout. On the right hand side of the cutting I’ve got some skytrex retaining wall sections and buttresses on order and I think a plate layers hut or two will populate that area. There usually was one or two in front of most major tunnel mouth openings.
