Excellent detail work Steve , the Modelu figures are really good too, the driver and firemen in Chris Kleins shunters are very lifelike. Cheers, Pete.
They are superb I have two sets so far, I picked up some side lamps for my toad today off ModelU at the Bristol show
Now that looks impressive Steve, are the sleepers Intentio or C&L? Keep the photos coming mate! Cheers, Pete.
Looks like you're on the straight and narrow now. Or should that be 'the straight and standard gauge'...?? Those sleepers in the six foot look as if they have been soaked in creosote ! Nice and oily looking. Cheers, Gary.
All the off shoots are now completed, hopefully get the main sidings connected to the turn table tomorrow Attached files
It is a pity that it's hidden but that's how the prototype was and I want to be as faithful to the real place as possible. It was a metal smith but it's been heavily reworked since then with a lot of scratch building of parts.
New loco for RB arrived today in The form of a Dapol 08. I purchased the unnumbered option as I wanted to model D3032 which was one of four allocated to old Oak common in 1958. Attached files
