    Crikey Ron!!!!!

    You don`t hang about mate...

I like your platform and footbridge, however I think the brick colour on the edge of the board is what is drawing my eye away from the railway.

In my humble opinion, a colour that matches or compliments the retaining walls, would tie it all together and shift the focus to the railway instead.

Rule 1 applies of course and this is purely a suggestion....:scratchchin:

I agree with Gormo, it just doesn't look quite right, I like Garys suggestion of the Scalescenes stone paper to make a retaining wall, it would tie all the elements together.

    That`s got it Ron !!!....

The first thing I look at in the new pic is the train. The wall and retaining wall, bridge etc. all look like they`ve always been there......well done.....a big improvement in my opinion..:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Do you intend to do anything above and behind the retaining wall.????....a lift off high street for example.???

Yup, looks good and if you want to break up the plainness a bit, you could always add a few signs/advertisements

The Airfix footbridge was the original bridge at Weybourne (circa 2015) and was replaced by a newer bridge which is now at Sheringbourne station.
Good idea with the adverts Ed, I've got some somewhere!!
No town ontop of the arches I'm afraid, it's a busy fiddle yard!!
    Cheers

Hi Ron, thats better, it blends nicely with the rest of the scene. To make the retaining wall more interesting why not add some drain pipes, and or vegetation/moss, also some cable runs etc?

    some wall retaining plates,

The concrete wall looks the business Ron.:thumbs::thumbs:

Will you put signs on the platform side of the wall ? I'm just a bit worried that you won't have any passengers left if they jump over the wall to read them ! :avatar::avatar:

    Cheers, Gary.

    Oh thank goodness Ron,

We were all worried about that and had visions of dead passengers splattered all over your shed floor.
